More than 15 years in real estate investment and development, focused on ground‑up luxury residential and value‑add commercial in high-growth ski resort markets. A partner in hundreds of millions of dollars of active developments across multiple institutional and private partnerships.

Marc Lehmann

Managing Partner

More than 30 years of institutional investment, capital markets and strategic leadership experience. Co-founder of Latitude, where he leads capital raising, investment administration and oversight across the firm's active developments in ski resort markets. Previously Managing Partner at Riverloft Capital, running a fundamentals-driven hedge fund. MBA in Finance, Wharton.
